Esprit: Fabulous river cruising in Europe with Tauck
Esprit sails Europe's most famous rivers — the Rhine, Main and Danube. The sleek river ship from Tauck River Cruises takes passengers to events such as wine tastings and galas and to sites such as castles and stately palaces while visiting old-world cities rich in architecture and arts.
As one of the top-end riverboats, ms Esprit accommodates no more than 98 guests. The spacious and modern architecture of this five-star ship conveys a feeling of luxury and relaxation at the same time. Take some time out and relax in the pool or enjoy a game of golf on the sun deck while taking in the passing landscapes. Explore the surrounding area on one of the rental bikes or work out on one of the treadmills or bicycles in the fitness center.
Guest amenities inside 14 suites, which are 300 square feet, include walk-in closets, marble baths with full-size tubs and two French balconies with floor-to-ceiling windows. There are also seven 183 square-foot cabins and standard cabins at 150 square feet, all of which are comfortable and share similar décor and style to the larger suites. Eighty-five percent of the rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows with real French balconies that open; all have in-room movies, a minibar, adjustable heating and cooling and a private bathroom and shower.

Cabin highlights
Cabin beds are fitted with 400-thread satin bed linen, mako cotton pillows, 100% cotton blankets and thick pillow top mattresses. You'll also find puffy white duvets and pillows of very fine mako cotton with a hypoallergenic 90% down filling.
A variety of Tauck-exclusive Molton Brown bath products are provided along with terry cloth robes, towels and hair dryers. The minibar is stocked with complimentary water and soft drinks. Two 110-volt and two 220-volt outlets are included in every cabin for small electronics.
